The Polytechnic University of the Philippines College of Communication celebrated its 18th founding anniversary last July 23-26. With a theme of "COC@18: The Baby is Now a Bae: A Celebration of the True Hue", the college held a four-day celebration with different activities.

The college conducted a thanksgiving mass on July 23 at the Audio-Visual Room. The mass was attended by some students, professors, and admins.

​

On the second day, the celebration started with a Zumba and colorful fun run, followed by the opening speech and the unveiling of the blank canvas in where students painted this year's theme.Different organizations held the annual boodle feast led by the circle of leaders at the COC Backyard. The convocation about mental health also happened. The unveiling of Mural Painting was conducted.

While on the third day, the cheerleading team of coc prepared a performance. The opening of the booths of different organizations from the college was opened through a ribbon-cutting led by Dean Divina Pasumbal. There is a student concert as well.

​

On the fourth day, the Communication Society, one of the premier organization of COC held its annual amazing race. Students of the college joined the activity together with some professors.
