Located in Sta. Mesa, Manila, Teresa Street is one of the famous street for students who are studying in Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP). In this street, you can find affordable savory drinks and foods that surely fits your budget.


Surrounded with street foods and carinderias, Teresa Street can be classified as a mini food court. In there, you can find different kind of drinks and foods, be it delicacies or meals.

Iskolar's Cafeteria


Iskolar's Cafeteria is located on the 2nd floor in one of the establishments in Teresa Street. They offer affordable menu namely: Pares, Tonkatsu, Katsudon, Teriyaki, Mami, Bentelog, Sisig, Buy 1 Take 1 Burger, Jambo Pao, Siomai Chicken, Isaw, Fried Chicken, Fruit shakes and many more.

Cha-cha and JV's Canteen


This canteen offers very affordable breakfast, lunch, merienda and dinner. For only P35 you can afford a budget meal with rice, main dish, vegetables and a soup. The usual main dishes are adobo, menudo, kaldereta and the vegetable dishes offer are adobong sitaw, ginisang togi, chopsuey and many more.

Sizzling House


Sizzling House is best known for its savory Sisig. This is the favorite cafeteria of
students who are craving for Sisig. You can choose a regular Sisig or a spicy Sisig. For
only P35 you can enjoy your sizzling Sisig and you can order extra rice for only P10.

You can also find many stalls in Teresa who are selling affordable drinks such Milo Cream-O, Mango, Graham, Coffee Jelly, Strawberry Jelly, Sago't Gulaman and other drinks to take away your thirst.
